Good morning everyone. This is just a quick post for me to tell you about my experience with Tempeh bacon this morning. This is my first time trying it and standing alone it wasn't my favorite. The taste was good but it was the texture for me. I can totally see how Tabitha Brown had such a great reaction to it on a sandwich. That reaction went viral and now she is a worldwide celebrity influencer on everything Vegan. So, Kudos to her! Coming soon I will do sandwich featuring Tempeh Bacon and maybe it'll be so good I'll get famous too but if not hopefully it'll be a sandwich you will enjoy and put in your family cookbook.
