Today I had a craving for some good old fashion smothered chicken, rice & gravy, and biscuits. I remember how that smothered chicken would have the whole house smelling like some country down on the farm goodness and I was born and raised in the city. Now today because of the way my organs are set up I have to watch all the carbs. So here's how I lightened the meal up. I seasoned & sauteed chicken tenders, sauteed mushrooms & onions, cooked brown rice and steamed my broccoli. I also got store bought gravy and added the mushrooms & onions to it. Just making those small changes like, leaving out the biscuits and not flouring the chicken took out most of the unwanted carbs and calories. I also substituted Hint waters for grape
